Chuck, if I am reading this right, you normally use 32 x 60 pounds, which is 1920 pounds.
And you would have used 2x as much of that product as you need of the new product, which means you just need 960 pounds of the new product.
The new product comes in 50 pound bags, so you need
960 divided by 50 as your number of bags.
960 / 50 = 19.2 bags, which in practical terms means you need to buy 20 bags.
