There are MANY, but you may want to start with splitting "sociopolitical" into two semi-separate matters, though they are indeed deeply intertwined.
First, what do we mean when we refer to "social" issues? Generally, we are referring to the quality of life, good or bad, for members of a given society. More particularly, we are often talking about issues that negatively affect that quality of life, and these days this tends to apply especially for people who are disadvantaged in some way (members of racial/ethnic/religious groups that have been historically discriminated against; disabled people; women and other marginalized genders; etc.)
Second, what do we mean when we talk about "politics"? Again, let's start from a general perspective: Political issues are those which affect the functioning and/or processes of the government. For example, how should laws be enforced, and who should decide? When has the government or an individual or a business committed an action that goes against the Constitution? As you can imagine, there is good reason that "social issues" and "political issues" are often mashed into one big term, "sociopolitical".
Hope that helps get you started!
