Rationalizes the denominator:
9 tan^2 (csc x - 1)
-------------------
(cscx+1)(cscx-1)
9 tan^2 (csc x - 1)
--------------------
csc^2 - 1
9 tan^2 (csc x - 1)
-------------------
cot^2
9 tan^4(csc -1)
Remember that 1/csc(x) = sin(x), so 9tan2(x)/csc(x) + 1 = 9tan2(x)sin(x) + 1.
