I don't know how to find the equation. Help me, please!

I am riding a Ferris wheel. At time t = 10 seconds I am at its highest point of 60 feet above the ground. At t = 190 seconds the wheel returns me to this highest point. If the radius of the Ferris wheel is 25 feet, answer the following:

a. What is the equation for my height at any time t?

b. How high above the ground was I at time t = 45 seconds?

c. At what times from 0 to 190 seconds will I be 30 feet above the ground? (Solve graphically)
