24 x 4 = 96
24+4 = 28 (not correct)
16 x 6 = 96
16+6 = 22 (not correct)
12 x 8 = 96
12+8 = 20 (this is correct)
Factor this into (x+12)(x+8)
Check by FOIL to get the original equation.
