The tangential velocity (vT) and the angular velocity (ω) are related by the equation:
vT = rω (where "r" is the radius) and solving this equation for ω gives:
ω = vT/r
The tangential velocity is equal to the speed or the car so:
ω = (15.8)/(0.380) = 41.6 radians/sec
