I need help solving geo proof

Question

Given: Triangle ABC with midpoints X,Y, and Z

Prove: Triangle AYX is congruent to Triangle YCZ is congruent to Triangle YXZ and is congruent to triangle XZB.

I have to write a paragraph proof to show that when the midpoints of each side of the triangle are connected with line segments, four non-overlappinf congruent triangles are formed. And i have to proof how four congruent triangles are formed when midpoints X,Y, and Z of triangle ABC are connected with line segments.

If these points are half-way between each corner; It's congruent though the lengths are different in a uniform

manner.
