If you are jogging, you could say that your "energy" is associated with your velocity and is kinetic energy.
Kinetic energy (EK) equals 1/2 times your mass times your velocity squared. (EK = 1/2mv2)
EK = 1/2mv2
v2 = 2EK/m
v = √(2EK/m)
v = √(2(725)/70)
v = √20.714
v = 4.55 m/s
Since the "givens" have only 1 sig fig (70 kg), I would round the answer to 1 sig fig and say v = 5 m/s
