In factored form we have f(x)= a(x + 1)(x - 4)(x - 7) where a ≠ 0 any real number.
So in standard form f(x) = a(x + 1)(x2 - 11x + 28) = a(x3 - 10x2 + 17x +28)

f(x) = (x+1)(x-4)(x-7) = (x+1)(x2-11x + 28) = x3-11x2+28x+x2-11x+28
=x3-10x2+28x+28
