3.)A box contained some red,blue and green marbles. For every 5 red marbles, there were 2 blue marbles for every 3 blue marbles, there were 5 green marbles

b.)When 6 red marbles were removed from the box, 3/7 of the remaining marbles where red marbles. How many marbles were left in the box?

F/H = 12/7

H - 32 = 5H /7

H - 5H/ 7 = 32

7H - 5H = 32 *7 = 224

2H = 224

H = 112

F / 112 = 12/ 7

F = 192

F - H = 192 -112 = 80 (Ans a)

New Ratio= (F +28 ) / ( H - 32 ) = (192+28)/ ( 112 - 32 ) = 220/ 80 =11/4 ( Ans b)
