so my test is in a few days but I don't know how to fund x in a problem that looks like this:
43 degrees & (4x+3) degrees
how is the easiest way up to find x in these kind of problems?

I presume the problem is stating 43 degrees = 4x+3 degrees
In that case you equate 43 = 4x + 3
Subtract 3 from both sides 43-3 = 4x + 3 -3
or 40 = 4x
Divide both sides by 4
10 = x
Value of x is 10
