    -4x=-4x

y=-2x+4

your slope is -2

 

It passhe's through (-3,3)

y-y1=-2(x-x2)

y-3=-2(x-(-3))

y-3=-2x+6

 

y-3=-2x+6

  +3=    +3

=========

y= -2x+9
