If you plot the points and draw a vertical line thru (1,13) and a horizontal line thru (6,1) you will find they intersect at (1,1). This is the center.
The distance from the center to the co-vertex is 5. This gives b = 5
The distance from the center to the focus is 12. This gives c = 12.
You need to find b using a2 - b2 = c2. so a2 - 25 = 144. This gives a = 13
The equation will be (y - 1)2/ 169 + (x - 1)2/ 25 = 1
