Hi Zack,
Go and review your unit (or any other text/reference material) on gravitational force, and gravitational field strength. There is a formula for the force of attraction between two masses. There is also a definition for gravitational field strength. If you combine those, you should be able to find the gravitational field strength at the surface of Jupiter (which appears to be the question).
