-1 = 9a-3b+c

-2 = 4a-2b+c

-3= 4a+2b+c

Subtracts eq1 - eq2: 1=5a-b

Subtracts eq2-eq3: 1=-4b --> b=-1/4

So then a=3/20

Eq1 says: -1= 27/20+15/20+c --> c=-62/20

Eq2 says: -2 = 12/20+10/20+c--> c=-62/20

Eq2 says: -3=12/20-10/20+c--> -62/20

Note that c reduces to -31/10
