Yes. I had the privilege to teach pre and post natal yoga for years at my studio that I owned in Portland, Oregon. The group of women bonded with their babies so deeply and started a Mom support group called the Mamanandas (the studio was called Prananda). Those 'babies' are now starting college!
Yoga is an amazing way for a woman to support all the changes in her body before and after birth. Yoga also benefits your little one by sending them energy in the form of Prana via the flow of the Yoga postures and gentle breathing techniques.
