When you apply newton's second law down the ramp, Fx = max
Only force you will have is the x component of the mg, since there is no friction.
Therefore mass will cancel off and you will get below:
mgsin(theta) = max
ax=gsin(28) = 9.81xsin(28)
= 4.6 m/s2
