what amount of energy was changed over to Thermal Energy in this issue?

The "Niagara Falls" water slide to waterpark and has a stature of 76.0 feet (23.2 meters). Since the slide isn't totally vertical the all out length of the slide is 90.0 feet (27.4 meters). A 70.0 kg individual slides down this slide beginning from rest.

a) If the slide is frictionless, what should the individual's speed be at the lower part of the slide in meters/second?

b) What if there was grating between the slide and the individual. On the off chance that the speed of the individual at the lower part of the slide was truly 38.2 mi/hour what amount of energy was changed over to Thermal Energy in this issue?
