An object starts with 100 J of KE, then starts to slow down due to friction. If it has 20 J of KE remaining, according to the W = change in E theorem, what must be the amount of work left to bring the object to a stop?

Obviously b. When the object is stopped KE=0 so it has to lose 20 J of KE.
