What value does the scientist get this time, in m, to the nearest m?

A Trade Federation spacecraft flies past the planet Naboo at a speed of 0.69c and a scientist on Naboo measures the length of the moving spacecraft to be 78m. Later, the spacecraft lands on Naboo, ready to invade, and the same scientist again measures the length of the now stationary spacecraft.
