for my geometry math class, we are required to find the coordinates of the bermuda triangle. We are given the length of two sides, the perimeter, and the area. i have struggled on this for a very long time, and i think i need some help.

The distance from Miami to San Juan is 1060 miles. 

• The distance from Miami to Bermuda is 1037 miles. 

• The perimeter of the Bermuda Triangle is 3078 miles. 

• The Bermuda Triangle is a region of 454,000 square miles

san juan to bermuda = 3078-1060-1037 = 981 miles

use heron's formula to see if those 3 sides enclose an area = 454,000 square miles

area = sqr(p(p-a)(p-b)(p-c)) p= semi-perimeter, a,b, c are the 3 sides

= sqr(1539(479)(502)(558))= 454,419 mi^2 = 454,000 rounded to nearest thousand
