The 22nd Amendment limits presidencies to two terms, and is the settled law of the land. Amendments to the Constitution are done by Congress, not the Supreme Court. Despite internet-fed hysterical fears, Supreme Court justices do not endorse any particular party, only the rule of law, and in general, history records they actually do a pretty balanced job of it. There are dozens of decisions out there on record where people thought they knew how a particular Justice was going to vote, but the Justice in question actually ruled the other way. The most famous of these decisions was the Brown vs. Board of Education case of 1954 that decided that racially separate but equal was inherently unequal. In that case, there were four Justices in particular that "everyone" and all the know-it-alls thought for sure were pro-segregation but they astounded the world when the Supreme Court voted 9 to 0 and were unanimously all in favor of abolishing the entire old system of segregation. Supreme Court Justices represent many different backgrounds and experiences, but all are our brightest legal minds in the country and none of them are puppet mouthpieces for any political party. Have some faith in their independence. The Founding Fathers made sure they were appointed for life for a reason. It was specifically so they are NOT influenced by or beholden to any one party happening to pass through town with a temporary majority for a 2 or 4, or even 8 year period.

asked 10/28/20Can the Supreme Court grant a third to a president?
per usual, the Don has went against the wishes of the public and appointed a HORRENDOUS excuse of a human to the SCOTUS. Should this child throw a fit and follow through on his promise he made to his mindless Las Vegas cult members- now that the SCOTUS is predominately racis- I mean republican...will they have the power to override the term limits set per the constitution?
