1st line has slope = (5+1)/(-2-1) = 6/-3 = -2
2nd line could have any slope, as just one point is consistent with any slope for a line passing through it.
if the slope of the 2nd line is -2, the the lines are parallel. If the slope of the 2nd line =1/2, then the lines are perpendicular. If the slope of the 2nd line is other than -2 or 1/2 then the lines are neither parallel or perpendicular
