Can anyone learn to sing?

Yes! "If you can speak, you can sing". Anyone can develop their vocal instrument with the right tools, such as breathing, position, projection, interpretation. It gives a person confidence and helps in better express themselves. Not to forget that is fun!

Just like speaking. You learned to speak by repetition and correction. In simple terms, singing is just copying a created sound and mimicking it back exactly. Some may have problems repeating the sound back which we call "Tone Deaf" but with the right vocal coach you can learn how to get past this small issue and learn how to self analyze your produced sound compared to the original composition.

I believe that if you can create a fun experience is self development through visualization and mimicking, you can learn to sing. But you will need a Vocal Coach that knows how to paint that picture in your mind.

Yes! However, if you are a very beginner and have trouble making very simple songs - like a traditional folk tune - sound like itself, or people say that you can't carry a tune, don't despair! You will benefit greatly by Playing with your voice before starting formal lessons for a little bit .Have fun with it!

It's many of the same things you might do with a child: Imitate! Animals noises, car noises or anything in your environment from door squeaks, to running water, storm sounds, lawn mowers, birds and on and on. Listen and copy anything you hear. Try to make your voice sound as close to what you hear as you can. You will quickly get better and better, so that when you start with a teacher, you can really begin to work on technique and sounding musical.
