Sure thing. Enter the data table in Excel, create a "Scatterplot" (NOT a line chart!), add a "Trendline" to the chart and select "Polynomial, 2nd degree" for the trendline. Check the two boxes to display the equation and the R^2 value, which should be close to 1 for a good fit!
