positive angle measurement you go COUNTERCLOCKWISE around the circle from start
negative angle measurement you go CLOCKWISE around the circle from start
540°(+ measurement so counterclockwise movement) 540° is a full circle around (360°) which would bring you back to the start point, PLUS another 180° which would be a half circle. This would land you at the point P=(-1,0)
-180° (- measurement so clockwise movement) start at start point and move a half circle landing you at the point Q=(-1,0) as well.
360° (+ measurement so counterclockwise movement); 360 is a full circle so you would travel all the way around circle and back to the same spot at start point which is the point R=(1,0)
