YOUR QUESTION IS LIKE 3 QUESTIONS IN 1. Also, each individual problem has several components to it. I think this would make a good series of video's split up into at minimum 3-5 segments.
A few hints to get you started:
#1) what is each question asking you to do? What do you need to find? Can you identify any "key terms" which you need to translate into words that have meaning to you?
#3) What am I given? what do I already know?
#4) Are there any specific equations I know that I can apply to solve these problems?
Problem 1: If a car moves at a constant rate of 5 meters per second, what distance does it reach in 45 seconds?
Problem 1: If a car moves at a constant rate of 5 meters per second, what distance does it reach in 45 seconds?
What is given/key words:
°Constant rate - translation -à the rate does not change at any point in time.
°5 m/second = the specified constant rate used in the problem
°distance = how far we traveled = our known variable (?)
Hmm looks like I am dealing with the following variables: a rate, a time, and a distance.
What formula uses these 3 variables?? Perhaps d = r x t ? rings a bell?
D = distance
R = rate
T = time
Now all we need to do is plug in the variables to solve:
D = ? (going to be in m right/)
Rate 5 m/s
T = 45 seconds
D = 5 m/s x 45 seconds
Solve for d
D = 5 m x 45 = 225 m 😊

This is a perfect problem to do a video with so hang in there I am working on it!10/02/20

Sorry folks, having difficult recording my video, I finish it and it disappears:)10/03/20

Also very important for part I and II. What is the definition of "Velocity"? how does it differ from the definition of a rate? Then think about what it would mean to have a "constant velocity?10/02/20
