In 10 seconds it's about its maximum height.
in 17 seconds it's near the floor, just a little over a foot above the floor
in 18 seconds, approximately, it will hit the floor
It rose nearly 6 feet from 6 to almost 12 feet in 10 seconds
if that were the maximum, it would take another 10 seconds just to get back to 6 feet, yet in 17 seconds it's only a foot from the floor. By 10 seconds it's already on the downward flight. The maximumn height was probably achieved closer to 8 or 9 seconds.
