I'm thinking the vector looks like this:

The triangle below shows the horizontal (Fx) and vertical (Fy) components of the force. To find the value of these, we use trig ratios.

Since cos(θ) = adjacent/hypotenuse, then cos(20°) = Fx/240 or Fx = 240cos(20°) = 98N
