This is incorrect.
The Judicial Branch is the branch of Judges (and the courts they sit on). You can remember that because they both start with Jud.
The Legislative branch is the branch of law-writers. In America, this includes the Senate, the House of Representatives, or state representatives, like the House of Delegates in Virginia. Britain's national legislative branch is headed by their Parliament.
The Executive Branch is the branch of agencies and militaries.
The Legislative Branch will write and pass legislation. The Executive Branch will enact and enforce the legislation. The Judicial Branch will determine if the laws are just and they will determine if the enforcement has been just.
