asked 09/17/20Why hasn't my dashboard board been updated by my tutor when I cancelled a lesson? It still shows that I have a lesson.
I cancelled my next lesson with my tutor Amira the day of the first lesson. Please confirm that I will not be charged a cancellation fee. I have already contacted her about it and it is in writing.

I assume that she didn't check her Wyzant email on time to approve your request or that you didn't cancel before what she has determined to be cancelation window frame. Hope that things went well with you though!
