Why hasn't my dashboard board been updated by my tutor when I cancelled a lesson? It still shows that I have a lesson.

I cancelled my next lesson with my tutor Amira the day of the first lesson. Please confirm that I will not be charged a cancellation fee. I have already contacted her about it and it is in writing.
