Average RAte of Change AROC from x=1 to x=h>1
[ f(h) - f(1)] / (h-1)
numerator is 1/h - 1 = (1-h)/h
the denominator is just h-1
(1-h)/h divided by h-1 = (1-h)/h * 1/(h-1) = (1-h)/ [h(h-1)]
(1-h)/(h-1) is -1, so the quotient is -1/h
