I think you are dividing 1/3 by -2 square root of 2 divided by 3. If this is the case you multiply by the reciprocal of the denominater. You get
1/3 • 3/ -2 square root of 2. The 3’s cancel and you get
1/ -2 square root of 2. This needs to be rationalized
multiplying top and bottom by square root of 2.
You then have:
square root of 2 / -2 square root of 4
which simplifies to;
square root of 2 / -2 • 2
square root of 2 /-4. Take the - to the top and you get
negative square root of 2 / 4, this is simplified not solved, no variable to find
not sure, but I hope it helps

Solve is a direction to determine the value of the variable that makes the equation true. There is not equation. Nothing to solve. Also the nature of the rational expression is confused.09/02/20
