asked 08/23/20Logarithmic and Exponential Functions
I have 0 clue how to solve this question. I'm supposed to simplify 22n+3, but I honestly have no idea where I should start. My teacher says there's a solution, but we just got thrown into this subject with little to no explanation. Help, please?

There is no equation to solve it must equal something.
you can rewrite it as 2^(2n) • 2^3
which equals 8 • 2^(2n). Or
So, remember that x3(x2) = x3 + 2 = x5 and (x3)2 = x3(2) = x6.
22n + 3 = (22)n(23) = 4n(8)

Since there is no equal sign, we cannot solve this (i.e., it is not an equation, it is an expression). Did you mean to ask about simplifying the expression? Or did you perhaps forget to include part of the equation?08/23/20
