You haven't sent your data, but I assume it is distance / time.
Then you should plot time on the x axis (independent variable) and distance on the y (dependent).
Then draw a smooth curve as close to the points as you can.
(1) . If you can draw a single straight line through all the points, then the car is travelling at a constant speed
(2) If your first point is (x1,y1) and last point (x2,y2) this will be (y2-y1) / (x2-x1) [ total distance / total time ]
(3) This question isn't very clear. Odometer on a car ?
