The force down the slope on the sled is mg sin α (due to gravity ) + k mg cos α (force of kinetic friction).
α is the angle of inclination, m the mass, g acceleration due to gravity = 9.8 m/s/s. k coefficient of kinetic friction.
For an acceleration of 2 m/s/s up the slope we need net force up the slope = ma = 2m.
So if F is the applied force : F - mg sin α - kmg cos α = 2m
So you can solve this for F (you know m, g, α, k).
