An ellipse centered at the origin is defined by x^2/a^2 + y^2/b^2 = 1
As there is a vertex at (0, 6), b = 6
As it passes through (4, 3), then, 4^2/a^2 + 3^2/6^2 = 1
4^2/a^2 = 3/4
3a^2 = 64
a^2 = 64/3
The ellipse is defined as
3x^2/64 + y^2/36 = 1
