I would highly recommend MIT OpenCourseware! The website is free to the public and has full course materials for many MIT classes. You can search for "8.02" (Physics II) and find some good notes in chapters 10 and 11 of the "Readings" section. There are also practice problems and potentially some lecture videos if you check out the course materials download (unsure about the videos). If you still want to learn about circuits in more detail after the physics overview, you can also check out "6.002" in OCW, which is the full circuits and electronics class.
MIT OCW is also a great resource for many other classes! I used it in high school before I was affiliated with MIT, and I'd encourage you to check it out.
