The interval [-2π,6π] means all the numbers between -2π and 6π, including -2π and 6π; the square brackets mean is a so-called "closed" interval, meaning it includes the endpoints. Since secant is a periodic function, you will only need to graph it once and then show repeats.
BTW, are you supposed to do it by hand or use your graphing calculator?

Okay, the square brackets makes more sense. Thank you for clearing that up. And there was a graph given. The y-axis is marked using 1, 2, 3, 4.. and the x-axis is marked using π/2, π, 3π/2, 2π...06/09/20
