4x + 6y = 90
4x - 4x +6y = 90 - 4x
6y = 90 - 4x
y = (90 - 4x)/6
Area of the one of the three small rectangles, A=xy <=>x(90-4x)/6
Area of the the sum of the three small rectangles, A=x(3y)= (x(90-4x)/6)*3= ½x(90-4x)
