I would want to use variables that quickly remind me of what the represent so
Let o = onion rings
Let s = sliders
The number of calories from O and S will their respective variable multiple by their caloric amounts, so:

920 = 325s + 45o
we can work it through to check the math
since we also know that there are three times as many onion rings as sliders, so: o = 3s, so our 45o can become 45(3s)
920 = 325s + 45(3s)
920 = 325s + 135s
920 = 460s
s = 2
o =3s, so o=6
6 onion rings x 45 calories = 270 calories
2 sliders x 325 calories = 650 calories
