Ship's distance to the bottom of the ocean question

A ship sends out a pulse that returns from the floor of the sea in 3.4 s. If the speed of sound through salt water is 1535 m/s, what is the distance to the bottom of the sea?

Hi Distance =speed of sound ×(t/2) We devide the time by 2 because the time is for the wave to go and back (twice the distance)

So the equation would be Distance = 1535 m/s x (3.4/2)... Right?
