I'm going to assume this function is s(x) = (4x)/(x - 6).
x-intercepts are when the function value (in this case s(x)) equals zero.
So: 0 = (4x)/(x - 6)
The denominator cannot contribute to attaining a function value of zero so to solve this, just set the numerator equal to zero
0 = 4x
x = 0
So the x-intercept is (0, 0)
y-intercepts are found by making x equal to zero so:
s(x) = (4(0))/((0) - 6)
s(x) = 0/-6
s(x) = 0
So the y-intercept is (0, 0) as well
