No it doesn't.
In statistics, the range is the difference between the larges and the smallest values. Since you are adding 10 to ALL the values, the smallest and largest both increase by 10, but their different stays the same.
It makes sense when you look at it this way, but it can also be proven. To do so we'd have to prove 3 things:
1. he member of the set with largest value is still the largest after adding 10 to every value.
2. The member of the set with smallest value is still the smallest after adding 10 to every value.
3. The difference between the largest value and the smallest value is still the same after adding 10 to every value.
It's easy to prove all of these.
