Brandi B.

is
B. 3/400
C. I think there are only 38 possible outcomes to have a 9 and 391 to have a two digit number. I just dont know what to do with those numbers.
D. I think there are only 31 posible outcomes to have an 8. so the answer would be 31/400

Am I correct on all of these?
