Divide the speed by the frequency to get wavelength. Be careful with the units.
v = 1.5 x 108 m/s
f = 227 x 106 Hz = 227 x 106 s-1
λ = v/f = ? m
By the way, a frequency of only 227 MHz sounds way too low for light. Please double check this figure in the original problem.
