There are 12 hours (or 60 minutes) in the 360° on a clock. Each hour is 360°/12 = 30°.
A first estimate might be that the angle goes from 3 o'clock to 5 o'clock. That is 2/12 hours or 10/60 minutes. This is (1/6)360° = 60°.
If you used a clockface or a protractor, you could measure the angle to be 2.5/12 hours -- 75°
Since the angle is measured clockwise from the horizontal, it is (-75°).
