A store sells two types of freezers. Freezer A costs $350 and measures 2 ft by 2 ft by 4.5 ft. Freezer B costs $480 and measures 3 ft by 3 ft by 3.5 ft. Which freezer is the better buy?

Freezer B: 3 ft. x 3 ft. x 3.5 ft. = 31.5 cu feet

$480/ 31.5 = $15.24/ cubic foot

Freezer B is the better buy.
