Direction of charge in magnetic field

Q:A uniform but time varying magnetic field exist in cylindrical region and directed into plane of paper.if field decreases with time and positibe charge is placed at anypoint inside region then it moves in which direction.

Pls say me direction of the positive charge

If the positive charge is placed at rest in the cylindrical region, It will not move at all.

The magnetic force on a stationary charge is zero.

This is the case if the positive charge is placed at the center of cylindrical region. If not, the direction of the E field is azimuthal and proportional to the distance form the center. The charge will start to move in a direction perpendicular to both the B field and the direction from which it is away from the center.
