For a quadratic function f(x) = Ax2 + Bx + C with A < 0, the maximum value of f(x) occurs when x = -B/(2A).
So, for h(t) = -4.9t2 + 106t + 241, the maximum height occurs when t = -106 / (2(-4.9)) = 10.81632653
maximum height = h(10.81632653) = 814.27 meters
The rocket hits the water when h(t) = 0 (use the quadratic formula to answer this question)
